Must say!!!
I will be TICKED if there is a government shutdown because these politicians cannot pull it together to balance a budget that is desperately needed, and it ends up causing me trouble getting my already applied for and paid for passport, which was only supposed to take 4-6 weeks. That is all.

And I will be ticked (it's still a possibility, since this resolution is only good for a week...) because that will mean no paycheck for us or several family members. One of Aaron's cousins would be hit twice as hard...both spouses are federal employees and on top of that, their 16yo daughter is having a baby in three months and their 10yo daughter has a mystery chronic illness.
But, I hope that you get your passport, and that wherever you're using it is really fun!
