1. Friends who understand and offer empathy, support and a listening ear while with-holding judgement.
2. A sister who, while we differ on many things, is still my sister and I love her.
3. Family Home Evenings. I'm not really sure what F.H.E.'s are supposed to be...reverent, spiritual, fun? I'm not sure. Ours are at least happening and the girls seem to look forward to it every week, even though it's hard to have a quiet moment where everyone is paying attention to "the lesson." But, ohhhhhh the activities. Whether it's getting our hairs cut or having a dance party (one of our favorite activities), like tonight, there's no question it's family time and it's great fun to be with them. Plus, it's always nice to have a dessert to look forward to.
